Tomato chopped

Green Chili chopped

Ginger Garlic paste

Maa Lahori Chana Masala

Steps of Cooking 
01 )  
Soak the Chana for 4 to 6 hours in water
02 )  
Boil the Chana with water 1 inch above the Chana for 1 hour.
03 )  
Add 1 tbs Baking Soda and cook for 1 hour
04 )  
Separately: In one cup ghee add onions and fry until transparent and then add ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes.
05 )  
Add tomatoes and Stir fry until soft then add Maa Lahori Chana Masala Mix and green coriander and fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
06 )  
Add soaked Chana and cook for 5 minutes.
